1. How do I join the Official Indianapolis Colts Fan Club?

Colts VIP membership is available online, at many Colts events and on gamedays at the stadium. All clubs are annual memberships.

2. Where can I purchase a Colts VIP membership?

4. Can I purchase discounted tickets online?

Unfortunately no, discounts do not apply to any ticket purchases.

6. How do I contact the fan club?

The most efficient way to get in touch with a Colts VIP Representative is to email us using the contact form. Please allow up to 2 business days for a response.

7. What are the details for the "Exclusive Raffle and Contests" for premium members?

We will do a series of raffles and contests during the year to accommodate PREMIUM VIP members. Raffles and prizes may include items such as autographed memorabilia and tickets. Membership cards MUST be present to claim all prizes. Please read FAQ item 8 as well.

8. How can I enter the Colts VIP Premium Giveaways?

When joining Colts VIP Premium, you will automatically be entered to win. You may also send a letter with your name, address, email, and contact phone number to Colts VIP Premium Giveaways co/ AJ Macht, 7001 W 56th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46254. You must send a new letter for each giveaway.

9. Will any special events be available to someone outside the Indianapolis area?

Events are held at Lucas Oil Stadium or the surrounding area and open to ALL members. Members are responsible for their own travel.

10. What are the age restrictions on the Kids and Crib Clubs?

Members of the Kids Club should be age 4-14, Crib Club members should be 1-3, Newborn members should be upon arrival! Please note that Kids Club events are separate from VIP events.

11. For special Kid Club events- who can my child bring?

Each member may bring one parent/Guardian. All children must be a member. Membership cards must be present to receive access. It will be a free event for members only (No Guests). Access will be honored on a first come first serve basis.

12. I lost my membership card! How can I receive my benefits or attend events?

Replacement cards are available in the Colts VIP store for only $5.00. If purchasing the day of an event, please print your receipt as proof of purchase. Receipts are only valid from 10 days of purchase.

13. How can I request an autograph, special photo, or a visit from a player?

While we do not have the ability to honor these requests from this site, you may contact Lucas Oil Stadium and be referred to Community Relations.

14. When will I receive my membership kit?

While we do strive to get membership packets out asap, we do ask that you allow up to 6 weeks for delivery of your packet due to personalization and the high volume of membership kits produced. If you have a member event to attend, please print your receipt as proof of purchase and bring along with a valid ID to the event. Receipts are only valid from 10 days of purchase.

15. Why are membership cards needed to attend events or receive benefits?

Membership cards are provided as an effort to make events more enjoyable for members. This helps to not only maintain the crowd, but ensures that paying members are the only ones receiving the benefits. Requiring membership cards and valid ID´s to receive certain benefits or discounts helps to avoid invalid discounts being given, allowing us to continue to provide this benefit to members.
